Our organization was founded by Scott Smith, a climber with over 25 years climbing experience and over 15 years commercial guiding experience. Scott has also trained under AMGA, and is certified as an AIARE avalanche educator. Our guides have completed more AMGA (American Mountain Guides Association) courses and certifications, as well as AIARE certifications, than any other guide service in the area. Our experienced guiding staff has a total of over 75 years combined guiding experience, along with several Everest and other big mountain summits.
